Refund policy

Returns

 

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Items must not show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

 


 

Refunds

 

We offer refunds for eligible returns.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 


 

Bags & Accessories

 

All bags and accessories are final sale unless deemed faulty.

 


 

Faulty Items

 

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and order details.

Faulty items will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 


 

Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
